Blue Panther Construction Inc. is a licensed underground utility contractor based in Fresno, California. We install the systems that sit beneath a job site — sanitary sewer, domestic water, storm drainage and fire service piping — for commercial, industrial and residential projects throughout the Central Valley.
Work is built strong and built right, and that is not just a slogan: lines are trenched to plan, bedded and compacted properly, pressure tested, and left ready for inspection the first time. Our crews run our own equipment, so scheduling stays in our hands and your project keeps moving.

What We Install
Most of what we do sits below grade, where it has to be right the first time. These are the systems we are called out for most often.
