How We Deliver It
Every service above is carried out by our own crews, running our own equipment. That matters underground: when the excavator, the pipe crew and the tester all answer to the same schedule, a line goes in, gets inspected and gets backfilled without waiting on a third party to show up.
We work to stamped plans and to the specifications the inspector will hold us to — proper bedding, correct cover, tracer wire where it is required, pressure and vacuum testing before anything is buried. Blue Panther Construction Inc. is licensed in California under CA LIC #1157311.
